Sk Membership Nonsens

Ster-Kinekor is currently running an Epic deal where you can get a movie ticket, popcorn and a cooldrink for R149.90.

I am an SK club member so I qualify for the deal. I wanted to book 2 tickets for myself and my son to go and watch the new movie "The Wild Robot".

I could only book one ticket with my SK membership. I then phoned and was told that my son who is 8 years old should have his own email address to be registered to become and SK member.

I told the lady that no were in their T&C, the email of the Epic deals or on Facebook do they say that it is only one ticket per SK member ship. I sent an email to head office and was told sorry your child needs his own SK card with his one valid email address.

My question is who the **** will open an email address for their children under age just be an SK member. Why cant one SK membership not be used as a family?

Thank you Ster-Kinekor for letting a boy's wish down the drain just because a single mother cant afford full price plus popcorn and drinks and saw this as a great opportunity to make her son's wish come true.

I will not be making use of Ster-Kinekor again.
