SK Klub - Bad idea and worse service

I subscribed, paid the first month, all good. Second month I get an email saying I need to update my card details. This was a struggle as the helpdesk does not seem to know what they are doing. Eventually I figured it out and made a payment, selecting my debit date as the 25th of the month, this was on the 31st. Lo and behold I get debited on the 15th of the month, 15 days later. I queried this, the answer I got was that I chose the 15th. Why on earth would one do that if you get paid on the 25th. Logged 3 more comments on this, with...................... You guessed it, NO Reply at all. Just called them, I was told to do it on the dashboard, the option is greyed out. Looks like they want yet another payment first before I can cancel. I sent an email to cancel none the less. I have never had such bad service in my Life! They make it so easy to join, then the **** starts. I am done with Ster-Kinekor! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
