SK Club Birthday Voucher
On 14 November 2017 we visited SK Forest Hill. I was to use my Birthday Voucher for the movie I was going to watch. On presentation of my SK Club card I was told I don't have a birthday voucher nor can I use my Club benefit to get half-price on the movie. I logged a complaint with the sales assistant Kgatlhisa but still no response from SK Earlier in the year the same branch told me I could only watch cartoons with my birthday voucher, also had to complain before I could watch a movie of my choice. Makes me wonder what the benefits of being a club member are!
