Signage & Staff

I'm thrilled to see that Ster-Kinekor at Forest Hill Mall has a self service and pay station for snacks and drinks, however it will be helpful if there was visible signage for first time users indicating that one has to first select items, pay and only collect at the snacks counter. My husband stood in the line only to get to the counter to be told that he had to proceed to the self service counter. After following the process and standing in line for the second time I saw the same happening to other people. We got to the counter only to be waiting to be served as the person behind the counter was helping people queuing up in other lines. This was quiet frustrating!!!
