SHOCKING Ster-Kinekor!

Shocking service from Ster-Kinekor. My girlfriend and I wanted to book to see a movie in the Sandton Prestige cinema this evening 07/02/2015 - tried to book via Ster-Kinekor's mobile site, failed with an error message. Tried thereafter on the website - no luck, same problem. I've booked movies many times online and know it wasn't an issue on my side. Called ticketline to book manually - put on hold for 5+ minutes and then randomly cut off. Called back, put on hold, cut off again. Called back a third time to file a complaint, put on hold and cut off. Impossible to get tickets from you guys, sad after frequenting you for a decade. Going elsewhere. Pull your act together Ster-Kinekor.
