Shocking Service / Movie with constant interuption
Went to see at movie (Ted2) on 4th July 2015.
While waiting for popcorn there were two queues, one clearly marked cash which was full and an empty queue, marked credit card.
When I stood in the credit card queue the cashier informed me that only the one queue was operational even after explaining I would pay with a card. After I was stood at the back of the cash queue, the credit card queue then filled up with people and to which they were served. A manager then took me a side to another queue, where the machine was faulty, and after a while did the cashier serve me.
The movie had constant interruptions in play due to faults. These kind of interruptions in the first weeks of filming a movie are extremely amateurish. I was then refunded the movie fee excluding the booking fee paid via the phone app, without being able to see the end of the movie, and having significant parts of the movie disturbed by the interruptions. After paying R200 for movies and snacks, the service received was shocking. I then laid a complaint on Twitter on the 5th July, and to-date, have yet to receive a response although the matter has been raised as urgent apparently. Bad attitude and shocking service.
