Shocking service from Ster-Kinekor

I purchased tickets for Avengers Endgame at the beginning of April. Money came off my account and no tickets were issues to me. Their entire system crashed and this happened to many people. I have followed the process in order for my refund to take place however, almost 2 months later, no refund has taken place. I call the call center once a week and they tell me that I'll get my money the following week. This has been going on for nearly 2 months. Absolutely shocking that a company can keep money that doesn't belong to them for so long. I'm sure I'm not the only one dealing with this. I am Not sure what to do besides phoning the call center constantly, and they only have so much power. All I need is my few hundered bucks back and I'll be on my way, is that too much to ask?
