Shocking service

On Sat night my girlfriend and I went to Sandton Ster Kinekor to see a movie. When trying to book at machines provided we were told the system was down. Staff were totally clueless as to how to proceed. Incredibly there is no manual override so with the system down no tickets could be sold. We had to leave very disappointed noting a gathering line of irate customers.
