Shocking service and delay

My fiance and i attended your Greenstone branch to watch the 8pm screening of The Fast and the Furious 7. The first problem was sitting outside a cinema waiting to go in long after the movie was supposed to have started due to poor management of the cleaning staff. My second issue was that during the movie i decided to go and get something to drink i stood waiting for ages and the scary thing was that there were two people being served and i was next! The one casher was having a fat conversation with some friends and the other was so so so slow unfriendly and just not willing to assist when i did get to her. <br> <br> This is frustrating having a baby we don't get to go to the movies often and when we do we expect a better experience for the ridiculous prices we have to pay for a ticket.
