Shocking service

<p>Went To gateway SK with my wife and son. At the order desk for popcorn used my card and there was a problem with the card machine after I already paid. A lady named buyisile rudely said that I need to pay again as it didnt go through. I told her I had a similar problem which she didnt care about. Called a guy who claimed to be a manager named Dion Gumede. He was adament that nothing can be done. Was unaplogetic and cane to a point where he actually wanted to fight. Right in front of my son and wife. I asked for someone above him and he said there is no one. I am absolutely appauled and shocked at the customer service. I only found out later this guy was not the manager. If nothing is done about this I will take this further as he spoiled a memorable experience</p>
