Shocking service

Shocking service from the guy who was serving popcorns on 2 September 2015 at 14:07 (Name Ntombifuthi Hlatshwayo on the slip). I asked for 2 combos 1 for my son (junior) and one for myself (mega). I was told they do not have sweets for the junior combo so I told him to just give me popcorn and a drink in place of the Junior combo. Unfortunately he did the same for the Mega combo even though sweets for the Mega combo were there. When I asked why he had done so, the dude went totally berserk!! I couldn't understand what really drove him to be like that but then I simply told him that I wasn't in the mood for confrontation and I'd take whatever he had served me. I thought of letting this go but whenever I think again of this experience it traumatises me and I just want the management to look into this. There was an equally arrogant lady next to him at the same time (who was also mumbling stuff) unfortunately I could not establish her name at the time.
