Shocking Service

On the 23rd May, we went to Cresta Ster Kinekor and got there just after 7pm. Waited in the queue for over 20min to redeem our complimentary tickets as there was only one attendant. Taking into account that it's month end and the cinema quite full. It was extremely hot, nevertheless, proceeded to get our snacks. Requested some ice in the drinks to be told the ice machine is not working. Tasted the drinks while walking away which was flat, no gas at all. Returned it and was asked to go to the other side for assistance. While standing on the other side asked a gentleman, who had no name tag why the air cons are not on. He simply ignored me and spoke to a colleague in his language. To top it all off, we were over 100 people in the cinema watching the movie with NO VENTILATION. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED. DIDN'T ENJOY IT AT ALL.
