SHOCKING QUALITY OF DOWNTON ABBEY MOVIE AT GATEWAY
we went to view Downton Abbey at Gateway Durban on the 22/9/2019. The movie was so dark we could hardly see any faces plus it was out of focus at times. I wrote in a complaint to their customer care and have received a response quoting a case number 211835-Q3D1R9 To date still awaiting a response. I have since been told by another person that they also experienced the darkness of the movie making it very unenjoyable.
