Shocking drinks and pop corn

Bought a slush puppy at the Tygervalley movies for my son on 21 august, the kiosk did not want to mix two flavours by adding half red to the half blue. It does not cost them anything extra as the same volume asked them why not and only response was management decision but If I buy another slush puppy of the red flavour they would mix it. I am a bit old for a slushie and politely declined buying two over expensive slush puppies to get one that is mixed for my son, he had to be happy with only one flavour Bought some pop corn instead for myself. Pop corn so old could have bought bubble gum instead how bad can you go with service at this kind of prices
