Shocking customer service

<p>I wanted to buy a small popcorn this morning at Cinema Nouveau Rosebank Mall this morning. I was told that they had run out of small popcorn containers. I asked if they could give me a small amount in the medium tub and was told that this was impossible. I asked to speak to the Manager who was decidedly unhelpful informing me that I was welcome to call Head Office to complain. She said that they were quite happy to sell me a smaller amount in a medium tub as long as I paid the price for the Medium size. I am absolutely amazed at the inflexibility and bad customer service. In my opinion she should have offered me the Medium size popcorn for the price of the small size. This is how an unhappy customer is usually made happy. Obviously Ster-Kinekor does not care about making their customers happy. And there was no apology whatsoever from the Manager just meaningless defensive arguments. Perhaps I should make NuMetro my cinema of choice from now on.</p>
