Shocking and Poor service at Ster-Kinekor Cape Gate
The service at Ster-Kinekor Cape Gate was terrible. I've ordered a classic popcorn and 500ML Ice tea. When I got the ice tea from it was still warm and I asked the lady if I can have a cup with ice. She said no and if I want a cup, then I must pay full price for the cup of ice. I was stumbled by the response and then told her but the ice tea is not cold and asked her again politely if I can have a cup of ice because I paid over R30 for this ice tea and it's not cold. She laughed at me and shouted Next and just ignored me.
