SHOCKING AIRCON IN MOVIE HOUSE AND NO APOLOGY FROM MANAGERESS

Went to see a movie at Ster Kinekor Eastgate tonight (Friday 1st February) - there was a group of 10 of us (cost R 850) without taking into consideration any of the refreshments that we bought and the movie house was so hot it was absolutely unbearable!!!! We were sweating after exiting the cinema and after complaining to the manageress - Sibongile she checked aircon said it was 20 degrees which was normal then went into cinema herself said I was right asked the cleaning ladies who admitted it was very hot inside as well. She hardly apologised and said there was nothing she could do..... we should have complained earlier. Honestly - I think I will support Nu Metro from now on am sure the experience will be more pleasant and the staff will actually care a little more that their customers are happy and have a good experience, Mine was shocking!!!!
