Coming to festival mall ster-kinekor for movies.. buying tickets is a dream helpfull staff and friendly.. when going to get refreshment their popcorn is finished, standing in queue to order they help other people first and have an all together bad attitude. Talking to manager doesn't help too she brushes you off too. Very dysfunctional place and it gives ster-kinekor a bad name..
