***ist actions of management as the Grove

This concerns the The Grove , Ster Kinekor. I ordered Tickets online for the "The spy that dumped me". We received our tickets and approaching the door to the cinema we were stopped and I was informed as men were not allowed in as it a woman only event. Anotehr couple and us were standing there confused as both online and buy the tickets in the from counter area there aren't any indication of this event and the management were stead fast in not letting males in. When I asked for a refund the management said I should go watch mission impossible rather to which my partner responded that we watching together and not each to their own which the management just said that I should just still go watch mission impossible, this taking place in the front area infront of all other patrons. I felt belittled by her actions that I would prefer something else and I should just do as she says, and that a refund was going to happen. after 30 odd minutes she left us ( the other couple and my partner and I) to the return and say its fine we can do what we want and go watch the movie, we got seated as the movie started. I feel disgusted that these ***ist actions of the management and ster-kinekor have a place in this day and age, and no sorry for making us late or for embarrassing me and my partner in front of everyone and berating me for trying to go into the event.
