Severe Staff Shortages
This has happened repeatedly over the last few months, but I will indicate one specific event for now.<br> <br> Went to see Avengers: Age of Ultron on opening weekend (Sat 25 April). This is one of the year's biggest movies, opening on a long weekend, near month-end.<br> <br> Yet The Grove Ster-Kinekor decided that only three staff members (two for confectionary and one for ticket sales) is \sufficient". We arrived 30 minutes before our movie and queued for 3D glasses (after abandoning the thought of drinks and popcorn) so long that we not only missed the previews"
