Sesethu- Bayside mall

The manager at your Bayside Mall branch, Sesethu was extremely rude and disrespectful. We booked our tickets via your machine and it went offline mid purchas after we had swiped our club card. One of the service consultants then said we can try the other machine but we can not swipe the club card before waiting 15 minutes. The movie was about to start so I asked her if there was no way for her or her manager to please assist us as the movie was about to begin. The manager, who had on no form of identification or uniform then stood there speaking to the consultant for a while before coming to us. As she got to us she asked for the card and swiped it after swiping it she asked when is my birthday and i gave it to her. Instead of assisting us with purchasing the tickets she asked whos card is this and i said it was my grandfathers. She then began to raise her voice at me saying that i am not allowed to use his card and i informed her that i was not aware of this and have been using his card everytime i came to the cinema. She then continued in a very rude and disrespectful way saying you are not supposed to. We then left without even purchasing tickets and losing out on the discount to the movie due to her rude and utterly inappropriate behaviour.
