Serving cashiers at popcorn area please smile

My family and i had gone to watch a movie sterkinekor rosebank we had gone to purchase our popcorn n drinks and we were served by a unfriendly cashier.we had a big order as she takes our order half way and then confuse the order by taking the rest of the order and then start ticking off what she has given us.If she was organised and atleast have a SMILE on her face the process would have been less fustrating on both our sides as customers behind us was getting irritated with the length of time we stood there organising our order.Almost 20 min to be served with our order.Unacceptable.
