Service & systems are pathetic

<p>Ster Kinekor senior management and board members...</p> <p> </p> <p>Your staff are the mall of africa outlet is useless...</p> <p> </p> <p>Your card system didn't work & no one directed us to the cash till option but you left people standing in the queue?</p> <p> </p> <p>Your employee nkanyiso at the cash till was rude and unresponsive and turned away from us when we asked for availability re: movies & seats.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your manager Tebogo ignored us & said she would attend to us and left us waiting game for 10 minutes so we eventually left!</p> <p> </p> <p>Do something drastic about your manager, staff and systems or you will cost your company and more importantly, the mall loss of income due to poor business practices and uncaring staff...</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards, </p> <p> </p> <p>Jolene</p>
