Service so appaling

Was recently at the Sterkinekor Sterland and after all the renovations they've done you'd think the service would get better. I had not been there for three years and today I decided to go and watch a movie seeing I was in the area. Got there around 9:30 and decided to by my ticket before heading for breakfast as the movie was for 11:30. The person behind the counter called me to tell me that I must go to the other counter cause she's only assisting people buying combos, nevermind that I go to the other assistant for her to tell me she doesn't take card payments. At 11:00 I went back to go buy the popcorn combo and I stood in the queue for 35 minutes and this is not because the queue was long but because of the poor customer service. I was called by an assistant who was seemingly fished with the other customer only to keep me waiting for 15mins cause she supposedly had a problem with the system. As I watched people that were behind me and the queue filling up I was left standing there with no help. At 11:35 I then decided to give up an go to the theatre. I was so disappointed at the 'I don't care' attitude from the staff at Sterland.
