Service not as seen on tv

prestige cinemas as marketed on tv percieves an image of a star quality service, being served on site in the cinema, being served with decadent and quality food. Providing a classical ambiance in the cinema. But what i was met with at the grove prestige cinema was nothing but pedestrian service. 1. Required dessert was out of stock, 2. Had to que up for pop corn, 3. No service button as seen on tv, 4. There was no welcoming party (hostess) as seen on tv. All these are factors of misrepresentation or misleading factors from the advet publicized on television. At the end the only promise that was delivered upon was only the confortable couch and the quality movies.<br>
