Ster Kinekor Theatre I will never watch your movies again. I booked my free birthday voucher and regular combo online, but since I couldn't make the original date I asked to change it immediately but was told no you can't and that I would have to forfeit my birthday voucher and would get a refund for my combo but I am still waiting for that since 10th Dec.

Your customer service stinks, no communication follow ups.

Why bother with birthday vouchers if you going to treat your customers like this.
