Selling tickets for load shedding periods

Ster-Kinekor does not have the ability to deliver service during load shedding periods, however they continue selling tickets for periods guaranteed to have load shedding. On occurrence of load shedding they offer you the opportunity to attend the movie at another time. When we took up the offer we experienced very bad attitude from staff under the following conditions:<br> 1) Although original tickets was for Saturday - they prefer that we return during week<br> 2) You may use un booked seats, but they continue selling tickets for the unused seats<br> 3) They do have the ability to reserve news seats , but are very unwilling to do it<br> <br>
