Security concern at Ster-Kinekor

My wife and watched Avengers Infinity War on Monday, 30 April 2018.

I booked seats A3 and A4 as I wanted a seat near the aisle. Seat A5 is a seat for a disabled person's helper, which hardly ever get booked as it means a disabled person and their helper have to be in the cinema. Fifteen minutes after the movie began, a guy walked in and sat on the disabled companion seat. I was wondering how he booked the seat as he was not disabled.

It made my wife and I very uncomfortable as to me that guy was not supposed to be in the cinema. I have tried to book the same seat online. I cannot.

I would like to know how this guy was allowed in the cinema. This means our safety is not a concern of Ster-Kinekor. I was about to approach the manager and lay a complaint, the guy disappeared in the crowd. I spoke to the manager afterwards and he said that sometimes people leave their movie and go and watch another movie in the cinema. This is also unacceptable as it questions our safety.

Please upgrade the security in the cinemas. Our country already has a very crime-rate. It also means that people can get ****** in the cinema.
