Seats malfunctioning in Prestige cinema
My girlfriend and I had a terrible experience at Prestige. Seat D09 and D10 (Lovenest) were constantly changing positions by themselves throughout the movie (Spectre at 20:30). The fridge was making a loud humming sound that attracted everyone's attention. The controls weren't working. Is this a premium experience? Completely ruined the movie for us. Disappointing.
