Seats in Prestige not working.

So last night myself and my partner goes to see a movie at Baywest Mall, we attempted once again to sort out her movie card so we could make use of the half price tickets, unfortunately for the 4th time it couldn't be rectified. Anyway, we pay the premium and book our tickets for the 19:30 show, we arrive at our seats and my seat is out of order, move to another seats and my partner's seat is out of order. The attendant had to power down the seat in a certain position as the seat would not retain position when powered. We obviously dissatisfied considering we paid for PRESTIGE!
