School holidays and no movie for kids under 7

The last weekday of school holidays and turned away from N1 City Ster Kinekor because my grandson isn't 7 yet, he's turning 5 this month. Asked to speak to manager, lady selling tickets went to the back to call her but then came back after a few minutes and said she's no longer on the floor, told me to write a complaint and someone would get back to me, still heard nothing after 9 hours. This was so disappointing because how do you tell a child that was promised a movie in the school holidays that he can't go. The service received was atrocious. No movie for small kids in holiday also truly ridiculous. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
