Sandton not child friendly kids cinema

Never in my life have I had such a bad experience as Sandton Ster-kinekor kids cinema. I had an amazing experience at Carnival City since Sandton refused that my daughter was allowed to play on the slide. Don't know what the point of a kids cinema is when a child is not allowed to play on the slide you put in in the first place. What a waste of money since we had to leave earlier with my daughter who was utterly dissapointed and did not want to be there anymore. Great job Carnival City for being the best when it comes to keeping children happy. Will never recommend Sandton and you surely won't see me again.
