Sandton city Prestige kitchen closed

Today I had visited the Sandton branch, To catch a morning show at 09:15 Cold Pursuit. T/N ********** , had decided to watch this in the prestige cinema cause of the opinion to order from the kitchen.

But to my surprise was told that the kitchen has been closed for a while and can only serve cake and coffee due to delivery problems.

Why have a prestige cinema and not have a stocked kitchen and why did I have to pay so much for a ticket and only get told after that I can’t order. Could there not be an option that informs a client of any problems before hand, or even a sign saying so.

For a prestige branch and area the cinema is in, this is really poor service. Don’t think I will be visiting this branch ever again.
