Sandton City Prestige Disappointing to say the least

Yesterday I take my daughter for what was suppose to be a treat. I booked Star Wars in Sandton City Prestige.........What a waste of money. when you going to Prestige you expect a certain level of service and quality. When we walk in there is no staff at prestige I had to go out to the outside counters to get my popcorn and drinks then sitting in the cinema and the lights do not get turned off I had to go find someone to get it turned off. worst of it all is that you go to a cinema in Sandton city and you expect to not be disappointed with the upkeep of the screen and quality...............I suppose thats what expectations are there for to be broken not exceeded...........when watching the movie it was almost as there was a veil over the screen and the top left of the screen everything was blurred. This was a total waste of money......."Great Moments at their Greatest" not at Sandton city Prestige!
