Ruined my valentines day

I decided on valentines day that I am going to sign up for the subscription club with Them and followed the whole process to sign up and made payment. Then they’re system glitched and never allocated my subscription. I sent emails and they asked for details that I sent through twice. Still nothing has been done to rectify this. I do think have the subscription and not even my money back.

This completely messed up me and my wifes first valentines day as a married couple. It doesn’t look like they are even trying to fix this. A company as big as ster kinekor cant be dropping the ball like this.
