Rude vindictive staff!

Ster-Kinekor Mall of Africa. Your staff are rude and vindictive. How can you turn away a mother and her 12 year old son from watching a PG13 movie? PG means parental guidance. I am a parent and decided it was fine for my son to see Oceans 8, yet your nasty, vindictive staff refused me to buy a ticket for myself and my son to go see at 10am movie. They ruined our Saturday! It was evident this was purely a power hungry staff member trying to feel self important and to go out of her way to ruin our day. Congratulations, she did! I didn’t get her name as she was not wearing a name tag. Had I simply utilized your self service I no doubt would not have had this revolting experience and my son & I would have seen the movie. Do yourself a favor and eliminate staff manning self service kiosks. They are simply a hinderance to your business. And if you choose to have staff behaving the way she did today I would suggest you invest in people who are literate enough to understand the meaning of PG!!!
