Rude staff member

We visited Ster kinekor on Saturday 11 July 2015. Catherine was on duty to check our tickets and let us in to the movie...I had a small doggy bag with me from my child's leftover lunch. we also bought snacks from your kiosk. She refused to let us take the doggy bag in.. I explained that we had bought popcorn, drinks and sweets from the kiosk and wasn't planning on eating the left over food in the cinema as we have plenty things to eat that we just bought... She then insisted we give it to her to keep , we then explained we don't leave food with strangers... The only way she would let us in was when we threw my kids food in the dustbin. .. Then she was happy and let us in.<br> <br> We are weekly clients but lately the staffs attitude at Sterkinekor makes us not wanna go anymore. We got told a new manager is there , but to be honest the staff members he hires are all rude and don't care about customer service and have NO clue how to deal with clients... This is my second complaint about rude and bossy staff!!!<br> <br> Hope this gets sorted! <br> Pity this is the only Sterkinekor in Limpopo.<br> <br> Jenny
