Rude staff!

<p>On Saturday 01 July myself and my partner took my kids to your eastrand mall branch.<br />Now please note my eldest son has Asperger's to keep a child with any type of autism quiet is extremely hard. He was so excited as he hardly ever goes to the movies! <br />Halfway into the movie we get interrupted as people wanted to get to their seats - that I don't mind. What really upsets me is that people call your staff to have a fat conversation about the seats right next to us. There goes my eldest son lost all concentration and wanting to make a noise!<br />The whole conversation was because the original people that interrupted us took the wrong seats. Your staff member then proceeded to walk up and down the isle banging our legs the whole time. <br />A complete and utter disruption of the movie! The final one really got to me. He leaned over my children to speak to the people in the wrong seats! Where do you think its polite to LEAN over an 8 year old little boy???<br />When I did comment about it I was completely ignored! So i now have to pay for my kids to see another movie another day due to staff being rude and not sorting out the issue in a professional manner. <br />In future i will go to another Sterkinekor should I ever want to watch a movie with my kids again. <br />I will make it clear to all my mom friends that East Rand Mall Ster Kinekor thinks its alright to disrupt people no apologies no manners and then to lean over a child. <br />I find this unacceptable!</p>
