Rude service!!

We visited Sterkinekor Mall of the North today to watch Jurassic park, firstly we got treated badly at the kiosk which is usually out of stock of something, and the lady there doesn't know how to deliver decent service. <br> ( Sterkinekor forces us to buy snacks for the movies there and u must deal with rude staff) <br> Secondly a new guy who started there, checking tickets was so rude to my husband, we assumed a movie with the age restriction 10-12 PG means a 8 year old will be able to watch if he has parental guidance with him. We got told in a rude way we won't be allowed in and he refused to hand over our ticket for us to get a refund. My husband had to ask him several times to hand over the ticket and his reply was : ' you are not going in' over and over again. <br> We have supported this Sterkinekor for years now, and usually go there once a week, we look pass the lack of stock or rude service from time to time but today we just had enough!! It's very unfortunate that your company treats a loyal paying customer like that. <br> <br> Waiting anxiously for your reply.<br> Jenny <br>
