Rude saff and manager. Such disrespect

As we were queued to buy movie tickets we were told we stood in the wrong queue therefore could not be served. The manager passed by and i called for him and he didnt bother attending to me. He walked off. First time visiting this cinema and definitely the last! Disgusted
