RUDE, PATHETIC AGENTS - I WANT TO BE REFUNDED

I booked tickets on the app on 2 April 2019. Money was deducted from my account and no booking was made. Ever since then, I have been calling Ster-Kinekor and each agent has given a different version of when my money will be refunded. Today i spoke to a 'supervisor' by the name of THAPELO MBATHA and he was so rude and arrogant over the phone and told me no one more senior is avaible to speak to me. He was obnoxious and rude and I have had it with Ster-Kinekor. He even joked that I wanted to speak to the CEO and when i asked for him to give it, he said the CEO is not availble.

My money is deducted BUT THETY DONT WANT TO REFUND ME.
