Rude Manager, Load Shedding, No back up

We booked our tickets on the 02 Feb for 50 Shades.. got there Cinema got busy. Half way into the movie - total darkness..... waited about 10 min nothing no one came to us and explain what's happening. Well a few customers got up try to find out what was going on ... feedback - Load Shedding.. hahaha what a lie because earlier in the day that area had already had load shedding, then another feedback no sorry its a power failure. <br> <br> Then, wow the movie started again - only be to further where it stopped as well NO SOUND.. so for about 10 min the movie was playing with no sound.. and then it stopped again, this time they were trying to rewind the movie to where it stopped the first time... great they started doing that... wow guess what.. again movie off.. <br> <br> The black manager that is in charge at the Carnival City branch needs some mangers and customer care skills. <br> <br> The only thing he did was write on our movie ticket let customer in - mmm anyone can right that... ok well about 30 min after this whole disaster the movie is back on. Enjoyed the last bit. Went to manager only for him being rude and said I am helping customer - so then what am I then. Not happy at all
