RUDE KIOSK ATTENDANTS AT STER KINEKOR ROSEBANK

Ster Kinekor Rosebank experience this weekend was absolutely terrible. The tickets were purchased online and drink, snacks and 3D glasses at the cinema. There were three male servers on duty. The one who assisted me forgot to give me by 3D glasses and on my return was absolutely rude and unhelpful. He mentioned "So what must I do?" its your problem. He also refused to acknowledge that he served me and embarassed me in front of all the other customers. Also stated I am busy with other customers and ignored me. I will never go back to this place again. I am disgusted and appalled by their behaviour AND RUDENSS AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE RESIGN if this is how you treat people.
