<p>Staff at Ster-kinekor Eastgate unhelpful and full off attitude! No way to treat a paying customer, we had issues with our tickets, with our snack orders and the only thing the manager on duty said was he could take down our details and get back to us, what manager is that? Bull**** service! We kept our cool but got really irritated when he couldn't do he's job properly! Kept going god knows where because he couldn't give us an answer when questioned, a simple stupid idiotic response, let me take down your details and I will get back to you! Why not resolve the issue there and then? Are your managers that busy at a cinema to not resolve anything immediately, seems like utter laziness to me!</p>
