******* bins overflowing, over charging

Dear Ster-Kinekor. I did write to you through your website, but I do not receive any feedback from you. I hope that your feedback form on your site does indeed work. My wife and me viewed Ted 2 at 17H00. When we entered the cinema foyer, I did notice a staff meeting in progress. No staff were assisting patrons with food purchases or purchasing tickets. The ******* bins were overflowing and when we entered cinema 7 we noticed how filthy he place was. No cleaning took place. I took pictures to confirm this. As we were watching the movie, we kept on being interrupted by people coming and leaving the cinema as they pleased, right throughout the movie. We never had such a terrible experience at any cinema. Finally, your website indicates the current prices, after your recent increase. Forest Hill with an Edgars Club card is now R26. Why was I charged R76 for 2 tickets - it should have been R52????
