Rosebank Nouveau

Last Wednesday 11 April 2018, a friend and I went to see '7 Days In Entebbe', the 2:00 pm viewing which was in Cinema 10 at Rosebank Nouveau.

I bring the following incidents to your attention:

. At the confectionary counter, there was no bottled water for sale.

. Cinema 10 had no air-conditioning, and so we the viewers had to swelter throughout the viewing.

I did bring the lack of air-conditioning to the attention of the staff who pointed out the 'manager', but the lady had no solution to offer, as she disappeared through a door clutching her lunch.

Ster Kinekor is in the 'people' business and relies on us, the patrons, to frequent your cinemas. Please try and get it right!
