****** of time and money

<p>Tonight my fincé and I had the first oppertunity to go on a date in an extremely long time. We opted for a movie at the Waterfall Mall (Rustenburg) Ster Kinekor. We arranged to get off early to be able to make the 17:15 screening of Beauty and the Beast in 3D. We got popcorn (not freshly popped and cold) and settled into the theatre for the movie. When the previews started, we noticed that the images being rolled onto the screen were blurry and out of focus. We thought that this would be sorted out when the movie started, but alas. My fiancé went outside to ask for help. He was told that this would be fixed soon. After about 20minutes into the movie nothing on screen changed and he went out again. He was told that the projector was busted since the morning. So we just paid R150.00 for two tickets to a movie that was basically unwatchable. After the movie I suffered a migraine attack (due to the out of focus images), resulting in us cutting our evening short and also not being able to enjoy dinner at a restaurant. If they had known that the projector was busted, why would they sell tickets to a show? We consider this as being dishonest in business as well as a ********** way of conducting the brand and franchise. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth. We feel as if we have been ****** of quality time we could have spent together as well as ****** of money we worked hard for to enjoy ourselves. Be assured that we will think twice before we get tickets to see a movie with you in Rustenburg again.</p>
