****** in your cinema - But who cares.

We went to watch a movie on Tuesday evening. <br> <br> During the movie some person got their fingers into my fiance's bag and stole my cellphone and her purse. There was only one couple (With 3 bags between the 2 of them) behind us as the cinema was quite empty. Went straight to the manager to try see if we can find any footage as we saw them leave a few minutes prior that.<br> <br> The manager just carried on with his business and we got told to 'just wait'. Eventually there was security being told what happened and another lady was dealing with them trying to assist us. The manager eventually joined us and had a 'I don't give a damn' attitude about everything. Way to make someone who has just been ****** in your facility feel like you care. <br> <br> Easily one of the worst experiences in my life - just because of the lack of concern from Ster Kinekor.
