27 Feb Cinema 4 7:45pm show - Stumbled on stairs that white safety edge indicator was totally gone - in dark cinema!<br> SUBS (Bass) was non -existant - Reported to 2 staff who came through and couldn't tell the difference.<br> Ladies toilet filthy<br> Large dark patches visible on white pictures during move - lamp alignment out or lamp old. <br> Obviously there is no-one checking the cinemas that has technical experience. Health & safety not an issue till someone falls and sues.<br> Had a previous bad experience with sound there and my report was not responded to.<br> <br> <br>
