Ridiculous lines and *********** staff
I got to gateway an entire hour ahead of my movie but after waiting half an hour to claim my ticket and a further 40 minutes in the popcorn line I had finally given and went into a 2 hour movie with no food and an uncomfortable warn out chair. It was by fair one of the worst cinema experiences I've ever had.
